✅ Return Eligibility:

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items are non-returnable.

🔁 Exchange:

• Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective products.
• We offer a one-time free exchange for eligible items.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or altered products
• Items bought on discount or clearance sale
• Accessories (if applicable)

📦 How to Return:

1. Contact our support team at contact@narju.shop or call +91 60000 83224 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Mention your order number, reason for return/exchange, and attach any relevant images (for defects).
3. Once approved, ship the product to our return address.
4. After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the product received is defective or wrong.

Note: We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
